Regional Access offers free professional telephone and online counselling 24 hours a day, seven days a week for people 15 years and older living or working in regional South Australia.
You can speak to a counsellor over the phone or via online chat for free and you don't need a referral.
This service may help:

- Manage relationship difficulties
- Anyone struggling with grief, anger management, financial worries.
